Innato coffee protects the purity of the coffee bean, through our traditional, manual processes from hand harvesting ripe beans, through pulping and fermenting and final washing, all of which is conducted within a 24 hour period. Once this process is complete, the beans are left to be sun-dried naturally, which allows for the best quality product. It is then roasted in floating, hot air chambers and packed while it is still fresh, preserving all of the high quality attributes and health benefits. For all of these reasons, Innato is one of the healthiest coffee’s in the world.

The parchment layer is stripped off by the huller, and the bean graded for density and size, weight and color using different equipment like vibrating air bed, screens, monitors and professional Hand-picking staff to achieve size specification required by the market and to remove any impurities or defective beans. The highly discolored black beans, damaged and vinegars coffee should be removed because that would affect the coffee taste, even when present in small quantities.
